This policy is designed for larger or more complex properties. A site visit is required to assess your specific requirements and tailor the level of cover accordingly.
Heating, Pipework & Drainage
Designer radiators and valves
Lead or non-standard pipework and fittings
Excavation and external drain replacement

Data systems, alarms, CCTV
Designer/bespoke electrical fittings
Fan lights and extraction systems
(All will be made safe only)
Plumbing
Non-standard materials (e.g. specialised plastics, lead, iron, steel, galvanised steel)
Repairs only where possible; no upgrades
Excludes cosmetic, decorative, or structural damage
Toilets
No upgrades or replacements where items are beyond repair
Excludes tiling, decoration, and structural damage
Priority Response Times
We will always endeavour to meet priority response times; however, this cannot be guaranteed in unforeseen circumstances.
Drain Unblocking
Initial visit includes cleaning/jetting
If a repeat issue occurs within 12 months, we will re-clean the drain
A CCTV survey (£180.00*) will then be required to diagnose underlying issues
If the issue remains unresolved without diagnosis, drain cover may be removed
Boiler Replacement (Silver & Gold Only)
Under 7 years old: Full replacement if beyond repair*
7–10 years: £300 contribution towards replacement*
10–15 years: £250 contribution*
16+ years: Policy excess applies
Bronze +: £84.00
Silver: £66.00
Gold: £60.00
Member Discounts on New Installations/Upgrades:
Bronze +: 5%
Silver: 10%
Gold / Gold+: 15%
Discount applies to the first £500 spent per transaction.
