- Plumbing*: We will cover plumbing works within your home such as leaks in your home. We will not replace any fixtures or fittings such as taps and sinks.
- Electrics*: If you have a recent electrical certificate we will cover electrical blow outs or faults within your home. If you don’t have a certificate you will be covered for an emergency call outs but not any repairs.
- Toilets*: Repairs to siphons, ballcocks and valves for the duration of your cover. We will not replace toilets.
- Hot & Cold Pipes*: Repairs to leaks on hot and cold pipeworks within your home.

All our prices are already extremely competitive and offer fixed price plans for up to three years if you choose. We do offer a 5% discount if you pay up front and sign up to 3 years.

We do not cover designer radiators, Certain towel warmers that are not considered as standard. and valves.
Central heating pipework*
Specialised plastic? lead or iron, steel, galvanized steel. Or any pipe used that's not considered as a standard product. We will only repair if possible, we will not upgrade.
Also tiling decorating or cosmetic damage or structural damage.
Gold & Gold plus.
Electrics* This does not include Upgrades of products if not repairable.
Data, Alarm equipment, CCTV, Designer bespoke light switches light fittings and switches. We will make safe and replace with standard fittings.

Plumbing*

We will endeavour to make this happen were ever possible? how ever in unforeseen situations we can not guarantee this.
Drain Unblocking
We will attend to clean/jet your drain, however if we are called back within 18 months of the clean/jet we will re-clean/jet your drain for you but we will insist on a camera survey at a chargeable cost of £180.00*. This is not compulsory but after re-clean/jet if the problem is not diagnosed that is causing the issue with the drain blockage we will remove the drain clean from your cover.
Boiler replacement*
If the boiler is under 7 years old we will replace your boiler if not fixable. If your boiler is 7-10 years old we will give you £300.00 towards a new boiler. If your boiler is between 10-15 years old we will give you £250.00 towards a new boiler. If your boiler is over 16 years old an excess to your policy applies.

Any new installations or up grades will be subject to out members only discount* Bronze + 5% Discount, Silver 10% Discount Gold Gold + 15% Discount, This discount applies to the first £500.00 spend at any one time.
